Draft: Converted Github pipeline to gitlab pipeline

Updated the scripts and transferred build to gitlab CI style

Important Changes

  • Removed the configure script as it is no longer needed
  • Added and applied a cleano target to remove .o files from the lib/Mock_Libs/Func_Lib directory after library creation
  • coordinate directory changes in the if statement of run_tests rather than executing it then running the script
