Add Point B_ank into Volunteer

I was asked by a former student of Professor Nathaniel Osgood, and subsequently Professor Osgood himself to contribute a project Idea for his 371: Intermediate Software Engineering class. To set up the project, I will say that in 2021 I decided to properly catalogue my families collection of projectile points (Arrowheads). We are a multi-generational farm that has amassed around 200 points between the two families. The Heritage Property Act forbids ongoing collection (without proper permits), but for collections as old as ours, stewardship is allowed. Wanting to keep as much data to myself and away from the prying eyes of google and the gang, my current catalogue is 100% analog (paper notes). I had the idea, but not the time to implement a locally-hosted, query-able, catalogue management software; so having an opportunity to outsource my side-project to a team was excellent! I was also pleased to experience Software Development from the stakeholder side and learned much about how to communicate system objectives into actionable work-items. The project was a big ask, but the team left me with a strong starting point for when inherit the project.
